The number of entries shown depends on your membership type – Free listing members will see less entries as we don’t assess Testimonials or Health & Safety documentation.   In addition, free listing members aren’t eligible for DJmark and so we omit the detail.  See the following examples:

The DJmark section is a visual cue to show which documents are necessary for the different levels of DJmark membership – B=Bronze, S=Silver, G=Gold, P=Platinum.  Be aware that as well as documentation, other aspects need to be satisfied for certain DJmark levels – see the website for full details.

DJmark buttons

  • PLI is green or red depending on whether we have had sight of a valid PLI policy for your business
  • PRODUB is green if you’ve supplied a copy of your ProDub licence OR have completed one of our disclaimer forms which confirms that one is not required
  • PAT is green or red depending on whether we have had sight of PAT records for your equipment
  • CONTRACTS is green or red depending on whether we have had sight of sample booking documentation from you
  • MEETINGS is green or red depending on your policy of offering customer meetings (paid or free count as green)
  • REQUESTS is green or red depending on your policy regarding pre-function requests
  • TESTIMONIALS goes green when we’ve seen at least three verifiable customer testimonials dated within the last year.  We will contact your customer to validate testimonials.
  • H&S MS is green or red depending on whether you’ve supplied a Health & Safety Method Statement for your business operations
  • H&S RA is green or red depending on whether you’ve supplied a sample Health & Safety Risk Assessment for one of your events

Against each entry you will find, in yellow, a link by which you can update that entry.

To the right of the screen you’ll also find a picture, your star rating, and if applicable your DJmark certificate.

Website Graphics

In this section any Validation logos that you have ‘earned’ by submitting your documents for approval will be displayed. The HTML code needed to display these on your own website is shown for you to simply copy and paste. The graphics are available in different sizes, so it’s important to change the width to match the required size as per the examples shown.

Rejected Updates

If shown on your listing, this section summarises any failed data submission attempts with reasons why we couldn’t process your details. These will drop off the list after about 6 months, and when there are no more entries, the section heading will also vanish.
