This page can be used to confirm whether or not you provide services to three age groups, and enter free text to describe anything special that you provide to each.

The age groups have been defined as

  • Under 6′s
  • 6 – 11 years
  • 12 – 16 years

There is no scope to change these age boundaries.

Tick (or clear) the boxes to confirm whether or not you cover a particular age range.

The free text fields should be no more than 200 characters each and take regular HTML markup, for example <I> and </I> for italics on/off, <BR> for a line break etc..  These should ONLY be used to describe services offered to the younger age groups which DIFFER from your regular offering.
