Function Rooms For Hire The Lounge/Bar Area Access is difficult as the function room is upstairs. This is a great facility for small-medium party as there is a large outdoor balcony adjacent to the function room to make the most of summer evenings. The Lounge/Bar Area is on the 1st floor and accessed via a lift. Restrooms are situated in an adjacent room nearby. There is a bar in the function room. Banqueting Capacity: 100 Informal Event Capacity: 130 Suitable For: Private Functions , Club & Social Events Room has natural light and views of The Solent This room MAY present some challenges to the disabled and infirm - we have not been able to validate this information. Please check specifics with the venue if this is of concern. If hiring a DJ, we would always recommend asking them if they have DJmark accreditation.
