	The largest function room at Landguard Manor seats 90 persons. Depending on the venue it may be possible to increase this by combining multiple rooms or erecting a marquee. Most venues will accept smaller parties but there may be a minimum limit or a surcharge involved. Discuss your requirements with the venue directly.

Function Rooms For Hire The Dining Room The manor is hired out as an exclusive venue. The dining room will seat approximately 90 for dining, theatre-style conferences for up to 130, parties and finger buffets for up to 250. Please see the web site for full information. The Dining Room is on the Ground floor. Restrooms are situated in an adjacent room nearby. There are toilet facilities for disabled guests. There is a bar in an adjacent room. Banqueting Capacity: 90 Informal Event Capacity: 250 Suitable For: Weddings/Civil Partnerships , Corporate Events Room has natural light and views of Gardens This room and access to restrooms are fully accessible to disabled guests If hiring a DJ, we would always recommend asking them if they have DJmark accreditation. DJmark is the sign of a quality mobile disco who is operating legitimately and with a particular regard for great customer service. Click Here for more details about the scheme. Typically the entertainer has to set up equipment right after the meal whilst the dining room is re-set. However guests are able to use the adjacent hall, bar or outdoor garden seating areas.
