A basic venue suitable for birthday parties etc. You must provide your own catering and bar however there is plenty of space for a band or a disco with reasonable access to the building. There is a kitchen area and a full bar adjacent (by arrangement) plus plenty of tables & chairs to hire although you remain responsible for setting up and taking down furniture plus cleaning of the hall afterwards

	The largest function room at Binstead Community Centre seats 150 persons. Depending on the venue it may be possible to increase this by combining multiple rooms or erecting a marquee. Most venues will accept smaller parties but there may be a minimum limit or a surcharge involved. Discuss your requirements with the venue directly.
	NO in-house catering available - you should discuss options for outside caterers with the venue.
	There is parking on-site for 25 vehicles. Car park onsite with on-street parking nearby if required

Function Rooms For Hire The Main Community Hall A good sized room with reasonable acoustics - you'd need a minimum of 50 otherwise you'd feel lost! The Main Community Hall is on the Ground floor. Restrooms are situated in an adjacent room nearby. There are toilet facilities for disabled guests. There is no bar at this venue but a licence is held and a mobile bar can be brought in. Banqueting Capacity: 150 Informal Event Capacity: 200 Suitable For: Private Functions , Club & Social Events , and Childrens Parties. Be aware that this room has no natural light This room and access to restrooms are fully accessible to disabled guests If hiring a DJ, we would always recommend asking them if they have DJmark accreditation.
