	The largest function room at Northwood House seats 120 persons. Depending on the venue it may be possible to increase this by combining multiple rooms or erecting a marquee. Most venues will accept smaller parties but there may be a minimum limit or a surcharge involved. Discuss your requirements with the venue directly.
	A full table catering service is available at Northwood House; you should discuss other catering options with the venue.

	There is parking on-site for 20 vehicles. Limited parking on-site but plenty of street parking available within a short walk
	Northwood House has grounds or gardens suitable for use as a photographic backdrop, eg for wedding pictures, or there are other photo opportunity options very close by.
	This venue is licenced to perform civil marriage and partnership ceremonies - please discuss specific rooms and party sizes with the venue. Remember that ceremony licences and room capacities may not be the same. Our room sizes are for banqueting purposes.
	A specified wedding/events planner is available to customers hiring facilities at Northwood House.

Function Rooms For Hire The Victoria Room The largest function room is the Victoria room. This elegant room overlooks the gardens and parkland and out across the Solent with its dazzling array of yachts. Double doors lead out on to the lawns and gardens. We can cater for 120 guests at a formal seated function and 200 at a less formal event. The Albert room is separated from the Victoria room by large wooden shutters enabling these two rooms to be opened out into one large area. The Victoria Room is on the Ground floor. Restrooms are situated elsewhere in the venue, maybe some distance away. There are toilet facilities for disabled guests. There is a bar in an adjacent room.
