| Plenty of parking in main car park. |
| Drive along a wide pathway , to entrance of pavilion then along a corridor into the function room , a flat and easy route of around 25mts. |
| Set up on the carpeted area on the edge of dance floor. I set up in front of window facing the bar , they look like folding doors and inquired if they open as you could go straight in from there , but apparently they dont open. - width available: 4-5m - height clearance: 2-3m |

The hotel staff could not be more helpful. The food was well cooked and hot when served, and they managed to achieve the time scales that were agreed which meant the event ran very smoothly

| Drive to the rear of the Hotel to main car park , a little tricky to find if you dont know the area , ample size car park . |
| Along a flat path to the main entrance ,through electric doors ,across the bar area ,in to the function room , set up on the stage a trolley would be useful . |
