| Not easy. You have to walk around the venue through the bar and either up stairs or across the restaurant depending on function room. Carpark is not accessible to any of the fire exists on site. |

Pendley Manor^ a 4 star country manor house in 35 acres of wooded parkland. Just 35 minutes from London Euston and 10 minutes from the M25 J20^ a very accessable location for all. With the manor house dating back to 1872^ with original features recently restored^ has a variety of rooms for up to 70 guests. A Ballroom^ along with smaller meeting and function rooms were added onto the original Manor in 1991 catering for up to 200 guests. Now totalling 73 bedrooms all with double beds and a variety of function rooms.
With a Spa on site^ including swimming pool^ spa bath^ sauna^ steam room^ dance studio^ gymnasium^ snooker room^ tennis courts and two treatment rooms. Pendley Manor is an ideal location for all events and celebrations.
