| There is slabs and gravel so anything on wheels can be tricky. You cannot backup to the rear doors so small light flight cases would be recommended. |

The Elms was a lovely venue, but now very tired and in need of money spent on it, room was bare and needs decorating, Food was not as good as we have had before, all prepacked and microwaved. Service was good though. Hope the venue can get back to how it used to be.

| Very good, when you know. There's a large car park at the front, but you want to go round the side to the rear, where there's a smaller car park. Park next to the fire exit, and it's a good load in. |
| Pretty good. Only one small step ( kerb ) to negotiate, and you're in the function room. If it's dark it requires great care, because of the step. The step also makes trolleys hard to use, but they're not vital anyway. |
| Room can be divided by curtains, so you could be set up anywhere. There's likely to be ample room wherever you are. |

| You can get a vehicle quite close to the rear door/access area. There is a short path from a gravel parking area leading to the doors but you cant get right up to the doors due to the path having metal handrails in situ along the length of the path. |
| No specific area such as a stage but there is ample space and area to set up wherever you are asked to. While the main ceiling is very high, there is a lower level ceiling that runs around the top edge of the circumference of the room. It projects about 2m out over the floor and is about 2 - 2.5m high. Outside of this lower circumference, there is no problem as the ceiling is over 6m high. - width available: at least 5m - height clearance: 2m or less |

| The venue has ample parking, with multiple parks. However, parking your vehicle to unload is " interesting ". You have to bounce up onto the pavement ( no drop kerbs ) and park on it at the side of a very busy road. |
