The communication during the day by the wedding planner was poor and they could really do with a master of ceremonies or a microphone to direct the guests. The music for the ceremony its elf was messed up too which was very disappointing as we provided all options that were requested of us.

 | Very small amount of parking immediately outside hotel. |
 | Difficult - this was due to the fact that it's a very small car park and we had to negotiate our way between two vehicles with our kit. Entry into hotel via side door and then into the lounge/conservatory room. |
 | Small, square shaped room with a conservatory at one end. We had trouble fitting our kit in (despite advising the clients how much space we required beforehand!) and set up at the far end of the room but our kit encroached onto the dance floor area. |
 | This is a small, family run hotel and the owners were friendly. |

| The venue makes every effort to ensure that there is parking for the DJ - be it in the small guest car park or the even smaller staff area. Both are within a few yards of the downstairs door. |
| From the downstairs door its not far to the elevator and this opens into the area alongside the main function room from where the buffet/carvery is usually served |
| The DJ is free to set up in any corner of the room although there is one corner that is to the left and opposite the entryway from the room that has an abundance of power points. The ceiling is at least 20ft and the room is approx 35ft square. The blackout curtains arent always used but the windows will always be closed by 23:30 |

We spent a very long time trying to find the right wedding venue and were delighted when we found Hartham Park. It is a wonderful setting and the team were great both on the day and in the lead up to the event.

| Plenty of parking available but cannot get very close to doors. |
| Long walk from Tradesmans entrance to access door, uneven pathway and sloping grass verge to get over if wheeling equipment in not too bad downhill but very difficult at end of night in pitch black pushing uphill! |
| Small space only with limited dance floor area if includes a sit down meal with 6 tables of 8 people it left very limited space for set up or dance area but good for an intimate event with small numbers with limited equipment. - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 2-3m |
| Lovely staff, they expect highest standards from all contractors hired in the venue and will refuse access to anyone who does not provide proof of all required documentation and hard copies MUST be left in advance of booking date. |
